Pulling the Stator
If you don't want to wait when ordering a rotor puller for the stator, you can use:
- Any 22mm bolt about 3-4" long with 1.5 thread pitch
- Do you have another old V-4 engine around? Take out the bolt for any rocker arm and cut the shaft off.
- It's been reported that NAPA #704-1048 drain plug will work (Thread Size : M22-1.5 - $8.99)
